About the Factory

Established in Sialkot.
Built for Motorcycle Gear.

Founded in 1996, we have spent nearly three decades developing a manufacturing operation built specifically around motorcycle apparel and protective gear. Our production floor runs dedicated stitching lines for leather, textile, gloves, footwear, and rainwear — each operated by specialists in their category.

Sialkot, Pakistan is responsible for a significant share of the world's leather sporting goods and motorcycle gear — the same city that supplies major global brands across Europe and beyond.

The Team

The People Behind the Factory

When you work with Avanti Corso, you work with us directly — not an agent, not a sales team.

Syed Ahtesham Mazhar Proprietor & CEO
We are building a partnership. It may take a couple of tries for us to get in sync — but once we do, we make sure it runs smoothly.

Syed Ahtesham Mazhar founded this business in Sialkot in 1996 with a focus on motorcycle gear for international markets. Three decades later that focus has not changed — only the capability has grown.

Engineering

Construction & Engineering Capability

Every product is built using motorcycle-specific construction methods — developed around rider mobility, protection, long-distance comfort, and durability.

A

Pattern & Fit Engineering

Patterns are developed by hand by experienced pattern makers — built around riding posture, ergonomic fit, and category-specific movement requirements. Digitisation of our pattern library is currently in progress.

B

Assembly & Reinforcement

Multi-layer reinforcement mapping, CE-compliant seam construction, armour insertion systems, and reinforced overlay construction — assembled across dedicated stitching lines for each product category. Automated pattern stitching machinery ensures consistent repeat accuracy across bulk runs.

C

Ventilation & Comfort Systems

Accordion stretch panel integration, ventilation panel engineering, and riding posture shaping — developed for real-world comfort across long distances and varying riding conditions.

D

Waterproof Construction

In-house seam sealing capability using dedicated seam sealing equipment. Removable waterproof liner systems, removable thermal liner systems, and PVC/PU coated outer constructions — all assembled and finished in-house.

E

Machinery & Production Technology

Automated textile cutting, hydraulic pressing, embossing equipment, embroidery systems, heat-transfer branding, reflective application systems, and dedicated footwear manufacturing machinery — supporting consistent production quality across all categories.

Development

Sampling & Product Development

Sample timelines depend entirely on product complexity. We are honest about that from the first conversation.

01

Reference & Brief

We work from whatever you bring — a tech pack, a reference product, a photograph, a sketch, or a concept description. No brief is too early stage.

02

Pattern & Material Selection

Our pattern makers develop the initial construction. Materials are selected from in-house stock or sourced based on your specification.

03

First Sample

Built and reviewed internally before it reaches you. Simple products can move from brief to first sample in as little as five days. Complex product types require more time — we will always give you an honest timeline.

04

Revision & Approval

We support as many revision rounds as the product needs. Each revision is charged at cost and adjusted against your bulk order.

Production

Production Structure

Our production floor is organised into dedicated departments — each built around a specific product category and construction type.

01Leather stitching & assembly
02Textile stitching & assembly
03Glove manufacturing
04Footwear & boot production
05Rainwear & waterproof construction
06Denim riding apparel
07Undergarments & base layers
08Embroidery & branding
09Tracing
10Cutting — leather & textile
11Finishing & packing

Separating production by category means tighter quality control, category-specific expertise, and fewer errors across bulk runs.

Quality

Quality Control

Quality control runs as a separate function from production — checked by a dedicated QC team at every stage of manufacturing, not just at the end.

01

In-Line Inspection

Stitching consistency, construction accuracy, and assembly quality are monitored during production — before issues compound across a batch.

02

Pre-Finishing Inspection

Products are checked before branding application, buttoning, and final assembly. Corrections at this stage are faster and cleaner than post-finishing rework.

03

Final Packing Inspection

Every unit is verified before packaging and export preparation — armour placement, sizing, zipper functionality, hardware, and reflective detailing all checked.

We welcome third party inspection before shipment. If your brand requires an independent QC visit, we will accommodate it.
